Summer runs in Jerusalem from May to September. The average temperature in May is 13°C – 19°C. Evenings get cool in Jerusalem and can be chilly. Have a light weight sweater/cardigan available.

Currency
The New Israel Shekel (NIS) is the official currency of Israel. Most places and ATM’s accept major credit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, Diners, and American Express.
Electrical Appliances
The Israeli power supply is single phase 220 volts at 50 Hertz. Most power sockets in Israel have three pin holes, but many of them will work with double-pin European plugs.

It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
Invitation Letter
Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate in the Meeting will be able to download a letter from the Meeting website.
Please note that this letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the organizers.
Liability and Insurance
The Meeting organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of Meeting participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Meeting.
Delegates and their accompanying guests are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel and health insurance for the duration of their stay.
