Rates for local participants include 17% VAT.
Registration for 2 days is possible only for 13-14/5 or 15-16/5. Should you choose to attend one day only, the rate will stay the same.
* Residents are obliged to confirm their position by presenting a letter from the chief of the department.
** Students (undergraduate, master or PhD students) are obliged to confirm their position by presenting a letter from the head of the department.
Registration fee for MSOA 2018 includes:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Entrance to the Exhibition
- Refreshments as per times scheduled in the scientific program
- Invitation to the Welcome Reception
- Printed material of the Meeting
- Certificate of Attendance – upon request
- Meeting Bag, Name Badge
- Tour scheduled for the afternoon of May 16, 2018. Note: tour is not included in daily registration rates

Please make sure the name of the meeting ‘MSOA 2018’ with your name is indicated on the transfer.
If payment is made for more than one person or by a company, please make sure all names are indicated and send a fully completed registration form together with a copy of the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Payment via bank transfer is subject to receipt of confirmation from the bank.
The charge via credit card will be made in Euros, Amex cards will be charged at USD.
Bank transfers will not be accepted after April 23, 2018
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:
Until March 13, 2018 – full refund less bank charges
Between March 14, 2018 and April 13, 2018 – cancellation charge of 50 €
From April 14, 2018 – no refund
